1. How to differentiate the following two rubrics?
Aggravation, Fasting (Before Breakfast) {2553}
Aggravation, Hungry (Fasting) {2450}
2. Does 2553 cover aggravation by fasting before breakfast only but not before other meals?
3. Does 2450 not cover fasting without hungry?

Breakfast is break-fast. It is normal to be hungry when awaking, yet some people like me do not wake hungry...... I prefer to eat later in the day. Some patients get irritable and nasty when hungry. It probably has to do with blood sugar levels. So if a patient reports issues BEFORE breakfast... and no other time then the rubric 2553 is to be used....... but keep in mind 2450 as a general.
